Texas fulfillment, answered.
Do I have to be a Texas brand?
No. Brands anywhere in the U.S. send inventory to us in Fort Worth and we ship to customers nationwide.
How far is Texas from my customers?
Closer than you might think. 12 of the 25 largest U.S. metro areas are within 1,000 straight-line miles of Fort Worth, and the farthest, Seattle, is 1,659 miles away. Delivery days depend on the carrier and service you choose.
How much does a Texas 3PL cost?
Our pick, pack, and ship rate is $1.40 to $2.00 per order depending on monthly volume. Storage is $2.25 per bin per month, returns are $2.00 per item, and setup is a one-time $200. The full rate card is on our pricing page.
Is there a contract or a monthly minimum?
No long-term contract is required, and cancellation uses 30 days' written notice. There is no monthly D2C order minimum; product fit, capacity, and storage economics still apply. Full exit terms are on our FAQ page.
What if you mess up an order?
When an error is ours, we do not charge for the pull, pack, and forward labor needed to correct it. You cover replacement shipping. Carrier-caused loss or damage follows the carrier's claims process.
Where in Texas are you?
ShipGenie operates out of Fort Worth, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We ship nationally through major carriers.
