3. Pricing on the site
The pricing page publishes current standard rates and identifies work that requires conditional or custom pricing. Calculators and worked examples are estimates based on selected inputs, not invoices or guaranteed account pricing.
4. Open-book pricing boundaries
Standard fees are published where practical. Aging-storage, exceptional, and custom work may require separate scoping and pricing before work begins. Rates may be adjusted annually with 30 days' written notice.
5. Fulfillment agreements
A separate written service agreement governs each accepted fulfillment relationship. That agreement, together with the accepted scope and quote, controls if it differs from general website copy.
6. Third-party references
Third-party names and marks, including Shopify and Amazon, belong to their respective owners. References describe the current access or service model and do not claim a partnership, endorsement, or native ShipGenie integration.
