How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

From client-owned storefront access to fulfillment from Texas.

  1. Step 01

    Connect your store

We connect directly to your platform, however you sell.

  2. Step 02

    Send us your inventory

Send inventory to the Fort Worth warehouse. Receiving timing is confirmed during onboarding based on inventory arrival, shipment size, product complexity, and current capacity.

  3. Step 03

    We pick, pack, ship

The current 11am CT cutoff applies to eligible ready orders. ShipGenie ships nationally through major carriers from Fort Worth.

  4. Step 04

    Rates follow volume tiers

Per-order rates drop by published volume tier. There is no monthly D2C order minimum, but product fit and capacity still apply.

Founder-led today

Fulfillment built from firsthand experience.

Joshua Felix has had a knack for selling since he was a kid — helping family friends work flea markets, buying stuff from garage sales to resell online, running his own sidewalk sales. That instinct followed him into ecommerce, where he became a seller himself and went looking for a 3PL he could trust.

He went to the "reputable" names first, the big companies with polished websites and impressive case studies.

What he got was a wall. Nobody would take him on because he wasn't big enough yet. And the ones who did want his business made it clear they didn't actually care about it. Pricing was vague until it wasn't, and then it was always more than expected. Questions went unanswered for days, if they got answered at all. There was no one to call, no one who knew his account, just a support ticket system that made him feel like a number instead of a person pouring their life into a brand they were passionate about.

That experience taught Joshua something the big 3PLs never seemed to learn: fulfillment isn't just boxes and shipping labels. It's trust. And trust requires someone who's honest with you and actually picks up the phone.

So he built ShipGenie to be that. A 3PL where pricing is upfront and communication is real. Every brand deserves a partner who answers questions the same day, explains the bill line by line, and shows up for the small accounts the same way as the big ones.

Fulfillment with a bit of magic.

Objection wall

Common questions.

01 What if you mess up an order?
When an error is ours, we do not charge for the pull, pack, and forward labor needed to correct it. You cover replacement shipping. Carrier-caused loss or damage follows the carrier's claims process.
02 What's my real bill at 800 orders/mo with 6 bins and 8% returns?
$1,480 + $13.50 + $128 = roughly $1,622 a month for those modeled line items. The standard rate card and its boundaries are on the pricing page.

See the standard rate card →

03 How is this different from FBA?
FBA can be a strong fit for Amazon-heavy volume. ShipGenie supports D2C fulfillment plus Marketplace Prep for brands that also need a direct, multi-channel fulfillment relationship.

Read the full FBA comparison →

04 Do I need to commit to a contract?
No long-term contract is required. Cancellation uses 30 days' written notice. A $600 closeout fee plus outbound costs applies when remaining inventory or extra offboarding work must be processed.
05 What happens if I outgrow you?
We review volume, SKU complexity, storage footprint, and handling needs before acceptance. Capacity that requires added labor, equipment, or space is planned and scoped before it is promised.
06 Can I start tomorrow?
Onboarding typically takes about 3 business days from agreement to ready. Receiving timing depends on inventory arrival, shipment size, product complexity, and current capacity.
