We operate out of Fort Worth, at 7662 Pebble Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76118, and work with brands across Dallas-Fort Worth and the rest of the country.
Is ShipGenie only for small brands?
No. Our posted rates run from a brand's first orders to 5,000+ a month, and we receive both parcels and pallets. There is no monthly D2C order minimum; product fit, capacity, and storage economics still apply.
What does fulfillment cost?
Pick, pack, and ship is $1.40 to $2.00 per order depending on monthly volume, with no monthly D2C order minimum. Every standard fee is on our pricing page.
How do I get inventory to you?
Ship parcels or pallets by any carrier. Every inbound is scheduled so we're ready when it lands. Receiving is $1.00 per package or $25 per pallet, with a $15 minimum per purchase order.
Do you only ship to Texas customers?
No. We ship your orders to customers across the United States through major carriers.
What if you mess up an order?
When an error is ours, we do not charge for the pull, pack, and forward labor needed to correct it. You cover replacement shipping. Carrier-caused loss or damage follows the carrier's claims process.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and WooCommerce. We also offer Marketplace Prep for Amazon and Walmart inventory.
