ShipGenie's primary service covers receiving, storage, pick, pack, and shipping for capacity-fit D2C brands.

  • Published per-order pricing from $1.40 to $2.00
  • Bin and pallet storage
  • Current same-day cutoff: 11am CT for eligible ready orders
  • National shipping through major carriers

Marketplace Prep

Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep are a complementary service for brands that also need marketplace inventory prepared and forwarded.

  • Typical target: about 3 business days from receiving to shipped
  • No monthly Marketplace Prep unit minimum

Supporting operations

Storage, returns, kitting, subscription-box assembly, PR kits, and special projects support an active fulfillment relationship rather than acting as automatic standalone services.

  • Returns currently priced at $2 per item
  • Kitting currently priced at $35 per labor hour
  • Nonstandard work scoped before commitment
  • Product fit and capacity still apply

We work inside your existing store and carrier accounts, nothing extra to log into.
