1. Who we are
ShipGenie LLC (“ShipGenie”, “we”, “us”) operates https://ship-genie.com and provides 3PL fulfillment services from 7662 Pebble Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76118. Privacy questions can be sent to joshua@ship-genie.com.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide through the quote or contact form. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, brand name, website, sales channel, monthly volume, desired timing, free-text notes, and basic page context sent with the submission.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may collect pageviews, referrers, device information, interaction data, and identifiers described in their own privacy documentation. A successful quote submission can send the form type, selected volume range, and selected sales channel as an analytics event; names, email addresses, brand names, websites, and free-text notes are not included in that custom event.
The site also loads Google Fonts. The contact page embeds Google Maps, and the booking page embeds Cal.com. Loading those resources connects your browser to the relevant provider, which may receive request, device, network, cookie, or booking information under its own privacy terms. Those embeds are separate from the site's analytics-consent choice.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your quote, contact, or call request.
- To service your account if you become a client.
- To manage the prospect or client relationship when you choose to continue.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
The current site sends form submissions to HubSpot and, with consent, loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Fonts, Google Maps, and Cal.com provide the external resources described above. The current site code does not configure advertising pixels.
4. Cookies & tracking
Your consent choice is stored in local browser storage. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BD23Z9M5JX) and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics tracking. You can decline without losing access to the site's core content.
5. Data retention
Quote and contact submissions currently pass through the site's HubSpot form configuration. ShipGenie has not adopted a single public retention period for every category of information; retention may depend on the inquiry, client relationship, service-provider settings, and applicable legal or accounting obligations.
6. Requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry by emailing joshua@ship-genie.com. The request may be limited by legal, accounting, or operational obligations.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent to configured third-party services over encrypted connections. No internet transmission or hosted service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
