Are these prices going to change at peak? +
A $0.50 per-order peak season surcharge applies from Oct 1 through Dec 31. Standard rates may also be adjusted annually with 30 days' written notice.
What about returns? +
$2.00 per item. Returns are typically processed in about 2 business days; the account workflow determines inspection, restock, disposal, and documentation details.
Can I get a custom quote? +
Yes. Kitting, international orders, and specialty handling may use published surcharges or custom pricing. If your operation needs a line not on the standard card, it is scoped before work begins.
